Tangier Island Corn Pudding - cooking recipe

1 can cream-style corn
1 large can milk
3 eggs
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Beat eggs; add milk and corn. In small dish, put cornstarch; add a little water. Stir until dissolved. Add cornstarch to eggs, milk and corn. Add salt and sugar; mix well. Dot with butter. Bake in dish at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes until set.
