Mystery Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 egg, beaten
    1 can Wilderness cherry pie filling
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1/2 c. brown sugar
Preparation
    Mix flour, sugar, soda, salt, egg, cherry pie filling and vanilla together.
    Pour in 8-inch square greased pan.
    Mix nuts and brown sugar, sprinkle on top of batter.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes or until cake tests done.
    Serve with ice cream.
