Banana Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1/3 c. oleo
    2 medium ripe bananas
    2/3 c. sugar
    1 3/4 c. flour
    3/4 tsp. soda
    1 1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Put eggs, oleo, bananas and sugar in blender.
    Blend until smooth, about 30 seconds.
    Pour blended mixture over sifted dry ingredients.
    Mix gently until barely combined.
    Add 1/2 cup chopped nuts, if desired.
    Pour into 8 x 4-inch greased loaf pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 about 45 minutes.
