Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (10 oz.) pkg. cut broccoli
1 (10 oz.) can cream of celery soup
1 egg, beaten
1/4 c. milk
3/4 c. grated cheese
1/4 c. mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. margarine
1/2 c. crushed Ritz crackers
Preparation

Cook broccoli according to directions (no salt).
Drain. Blend in soup, cheese and egg.
Add mayonnaise and milk.
Stir in broccoli.
Put cracker crumbs on top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
