Hamburger Stroganoff - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 to 1 1/2 lb. hamburger
1/2 lb. drained mushrooms
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 clove garlic
2 Tbsp. butter
1 can cream of chicken soup
3 Tbsp. flour
2 Tbsp. catsup
1 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
1 c. sour cream
Preparation

Brown the hamburger in skillet or microwave.
Remove excess grease. Add mushrooms, onion, garlic and butter and cook until onion is tender.
Combine in a separate bowl the soup, flour, catsup, salt and pepper. Stir soup mixture into ground beef.
Heat to boiling and simmer 15 minutes.
Stir sour cream and heat through. Serve over hot, cooked noodles or rice.
Makes 4 servings.
