Oven French Toast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. butter or margarine
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    3/4 tsp. cinnamon
    3 eggs, slightly beaten
    3/4 c. orange juice
    8 to 9 slices firm type bread
    powdered sugar
    maple syrup
Preparation
    Melt butter in 15 x 10-inch jelly roll pan in hot oven at 425\u00b0.
    Sprinkle with mixture of sugar and cinnamon.
    Mix eggs and orange juice; dip bread slices in the mixture until bread is well soaked.
    Arrange close together in pan.
    Bake 20 minutes or until set.
    Invert on serving plates and serve with hot maple syrup and sifted powdered sugar.
