Ginger-Soy Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
    1/4 c. safflower oil
    1/4 c. rice wine vinegar
    1/4 c. red wine vinegar
    1/4 c. light soy sauce
    1 tsp. pared, grated fresh ginger root
    dash of white pepper
Preparation
    Whisk together the mustard and oil in a small bowl.
    Slowly whisk in the vinegar and soy sauce, then the ginger and pepper. Store, covered, in refrigerator.
