Spetsofai - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. green peppers
    7 sausages (any flavor you prefer)
    1 1/2 lb. Feta cheese, cut in pieces
    4 tomatoes, grated (fresh or 1/2 tin)
    salt and pepper
    1/2 c. oil
Preparation
    Fry sausage first in a pan with oil, then add the peppers and mix altogether with the tomato sauce, salt and pepper.
    Put all ingredients in a Pyrex and add the cheese.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
