Mexican Cheese Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) Velveeta
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 large jar salsa (16 oz.)
    1 pkg. taco seasoning mix (optional)
Preparation
    Cook ground beef until brown.
    Melt Velveeta in crock-pot. Add all other ingredients and stir until heated through.
    Serve over tortilla chips.
