Play Dough - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. flour
1/2 c. salt
2 Tbsp. cream of tartar
2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1 c. water

Preparation

Mix together in a saucepan.
Cook over low heat for 1 to 2 minutes until gooey.
Turn onto bread board and knead color in.
