Ingredients

1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. freshly squeezed orange juice
1 tsp. orange rind, grated
2 c. pecan halves
Preparation

Cook sugar and orange juice for about 3 minutes.
Add orange rind and pecans and stir until pecans are well coated.
Spread out on foil.
Break apart when hardened.
