Southern Pecan Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/3 c. butter
1/2 c. brown sugar, firmly packed
1 c. light brown corn syrup
1 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs, slightly beaten
1 c. pecans, chopped
1 unbaked (9-inch) pie crust
Preparation

Cream the butter and brown sugar well.
Blend in and mix thoroughly the corn syrup and vanilla.
Add eggs and pecans.
Pour into pie crust.
Bake at 450\u00b0 for 10 minutes, then at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes more.
