Cabbage Cacciatore - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. hamburg, cook and drain grease
    1 c. onion
    2 c. cooked rice
    1 medium head cabbage (12 wedges)
    1 (32 oz.) meatless spaghetti sauce
    garlic salt
    8 oz. Mozzarella cheese, grated
Preparation
    Grease a 9 x 13-inch pan. Put 1/2 cabbage in bottom of pan, then rice, hamburg, remaining cabbage and onion.
    Sprinkle with garlic salt.
    Pour spaghetti sauce over top.
    Cover tightly and bake for 1 1/2 hours or longer.
    Remove cover and sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese. Return to oven until cheese is melted at 350\u00b0.
