Cheese Ball 1 - cooking recipe
Ingredients

16 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese
16 oz. Velveeta cheese
8 oz. cream cheese
1 small onion, chopped fine
couple shakes Worcestershire sauce
chopped pecans
Preparation

Soften all the cheeses.
Mix by hand.
Add onions and Worcestershire sauce; then roll into the size you want.
Roll them in chopped pecans.
Another option is to place the cheese mixture into a bowl or cup for serving with.
If the cheese is too hard to mix, then add a little bit of milk; that will soften it up some.
