Hominy Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 cans white hominy, drained
1 or 2 cans chopped green chilies
1 lb. Monterey Jack cheese, grated
1 large carton sour cream
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Layer mixture and top with cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
