40-Minute Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. yeast
    1/4 c. milk
    3/4 c. water
    2 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. shortening
    2 c. flour
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast, sugar, milk and warm water.
    Add shortening, salt and flour.
    Let set 20 minutes.
    Flour board; work mixture until firm.
    Form into rolls or loaf.
    Let set 20 minutes, then put in oven and bake until done or brown on top.
