Zucchini Squash Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. cooking oil
    3 eggs
    2 c. grated zucchini
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1 c. raisins, if desired
Preparation
    Mix sugar, oil and eggs well.
    Add zucchini to the mixture. Sift all dry ingredients together.
    Add dry ingredients, a small amount at a time, to zucchini mixture.
    Mix well.
    Stir in nuts and raisins by hand after all other ingredients are mixed together.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 55 minutes.
