Frosted Carrot And Zucchini Bars - cooking recipe

1 1/2 c. flour
3/4 c. packed brown sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/4 tsp. baking soda
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 1/2 c. shredded carrots
1 c. shredded zucchini
1/2 c. raisins
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1/2 c. oil
1/4 c. honey
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
In large bowl, combine flour, brown sugar, baking powder, ginger and baking soda.
In another bowl, stir together eggs, carrots, zucchini, raisins, nuts oil, honey and vanilla.
Stir carrot mixture into flour mixture, mixing just until combined.
Spread in ungreased 9 x 13-inch pan.
Bake for 25 minutes or until toothpick comes clean.
Cool on wire rack.
