Ingredients

1 1/4 c. milk
1 c. rolled oats
1 Tbsp. oil
1/4 tsp. salt
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. whole wheat flour
1 tsp. baking powder
Preparation

Combine milk and oats in bowl and let stand at least 5 minutes.
Add the oil and beaten eggs, mixing well.
Stir in the flour, baking powder and salt.
Mix just until the dry ingredients are moistened.
Bake on hot griddle, lightly oiled.
Use 1/4 cup of batter for each pancake.
Turn when top is bubbly and the edges are slightly dry.
