Taco Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
taco seasoning pkg. or 1/2 can tomato sauce with 1/4 tsp. cumin and 1/4 tsp. chili powder
1/2 head shredded lettuce
1 1/2 c. grated cheese
1 can black pitted olives (sliced or diced)
2 large tomatoes, diced
1/2 small onion, diced
1 large avocado, diced
1/2 bag or more Fritos chips
Preparation

Cook beef and drain off excess grease. Cool.
Mix in taco seasoning and simmer 5 to 10 minutes.
Mix all ingredients together. Serve with regular dressing, mild taco sauce or salsa.
