Zucchini Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    2 c. raw, shredded zucchini
    1 c. chopped nuts (pecans or walnuts)
    1/2 stick butter
    2 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    3/4 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. cloves
    1 tsp. mace
    1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
Preparation
    Shred zucchini and set aside.
    Cream sugar, butter and eggs. Mix all dry ingredients together and gradually add to creamed mixture.
    Stir in zucchini, nuts and vanilla.
    Stir until well blended.
    Grease and flour 2 loaf pans or several small individual pans.
    Fill and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 55 minutes, until a toothpick inserted is clean.
