Oven Made Caramel Corn - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 qt. popcorn (1 c. unpopped)
1 c. dry roasted peanuts
1 c. pecan pieces
1 c. butter
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. corn syrup
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
Preparation

Combine popped corn, roasted peanuts and pecans in large roasting pan.
Melt the butter in a large pan; stir in the sugars, corn syrup and salt.
Bring to a boil and boil 5 minutes, stirring often (244\u00b0).
Remove from heat; and stir in soda.
Bake at 250\u00b0 for 45 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes.
