Scandinavian Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can bean sprouts
    1 can French-style green beans
    1 small jar diced pimento
    1 can tiny peas
    1 can Shoe Peg corn
    1 small green pepper, chopped
    4 large celery stalks, chopped
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/2 c. salad oil
    1 Tbsp. sugar or to taste
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 c. cider vinegar
    1 Tbsp. salt
Preparation
    Drain and mix the first 5 ingredients.
    Add the green pepper, celery and onion.
    Mix remaining ingredients.
    Mix with the first mixture; cover and refrigerate overnight.
    Keeps 1 week or more. Serves 6 to 10.
