Holly Taters - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 large potatoes
    1/4 c. plain flour
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/3 c. butter, melted
Preparation
    Wash potatoes thoroughly.
    Cut lengthwise into wedges. Combine flour, cheese, salt and pepper in a bowl.
    Shake potatoes in this mixture and lay in a baking dish.
    Pour butter over the potatoes.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour, turning over after 30 minutes.
