Paradise Candy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 sticks margarine
    1 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. vanilla
    saltine crackers
    12 oz. chocolate chips
    nuts
Preparation
    Line a cookie sheet with tinfoil.
    Line saltine crackers in rows on foil.
    Melt together 2 sticks butter and 1 cup sugar. Boil for 3 minutes, stirring constantly.
    Add vanilla to the above.
    Pour mixture on crackers.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 8 minutes. Sprinkle on 12 ounces chocolate chips.
    Return to oven for 1 minute to melt chocolate.
    Spread chocolate with a knife.
    Add nuts; refrigerate for 2 hours.
    Break into pieces.
