Farango Mints - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. butter or oleo
1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
2 eggs
2 c. chocolate chips
2 tsp. vanilla
3 or 4 caps extract (rum, mint or almond)
Preparation

Cream butter and sugar together, then add eggs and beat well. Add melted chips and vanilla until mixture is smooth.
Add extract and mix well.
Put in a 9 x 8-inch pan that has been lined with waxed paper.
Chill.
Store in refrigerator or freezer (or you can cut in small squares and wrap each separately in Saran Wrap).
