Sweet And Sour Carrots - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 Tbsp. cooking oil
1 small chopped green pepper
2/3 c. sugar
salt and pepper to taste
1 small chopped onion
1 can tomato soup
1/2 c. vinegar
14 carrots, sliced
Preparation

Cook carrots, green
pepper and onion over low heat until tender.
Put in casserole dish.
Combine all other ingredients. Pour over vegetable mixture and cook in 350 degree oven until warmed through.
