Best-Ever Lemon Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. cornstarch
1/8 tsp. salt
4 egg yolks
1 3/4 c. water
1/2 c. lemon juice
3 Tbsp. grated lemon rind
1 baked pie shell

Preparation

Combine and stir over medium heat, stirring constantly until thickens and boils.
Put in baked pie shell.
