Hamburger Chop Suey - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburger
    3 stalks celery
    3 medium onions, cut fine
    1 to 1 1/2 c. raw rice
    1/4 c. green peppers, cut fine
    1 can Chinese vegetables
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Brown hamburger; pour off excessive fat.
    Add onions, celery and green peppers.
    In another pan, heat the Chinese vegetables. Use cornstarch to thicken juice of Chinese vegetables.
    Combine the two mixtures.
    Boil rice.
    When done, serve with the hamburger mixture on top.
