Spinach Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon jello dissolved in 1 c. boiling water
    1 (16 oz.) container cottage cheese
    3/4 c. mayonnaise
    1 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
    1 Tbsp. chopped pimiento
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 tsp. grated onion
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
Preparation
    Mix ingredients together; place in a 9 x 9-inch pan and chill overnight.
    Serves 9 generously.
