Deadly Pecan Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    1 1/4 c. Southern cane syrup
    1 1/2 c. pecan pieces
    1 c. sugar
    4 Tbsp. butter
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 (9-inch) deep dish pie crust
Preparation
    Boil sugar and syrup together 2 or 3 minutes.
    Beat eggs, not too stiff.
    Pour slowly into hot syrup; add the butter, vanilla and pecan pieces.
    Turn into raw pie crust and bake at 350\u00b0 for about 45 minutes or until set.
