Oven Fried Chicken(Low-Fat) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (3 lb.) chickens, cut up for frying
    1 c. flour
    2 Tbsp. plus 1 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. freshly ground black pepper
    1 tsp. ground thyme
    1 c. milk
    1 whole egg plus 3 egg whites
    1 Tbsp. Tabasco
    2 c. toasted bread crumbs
    1 tsp. ground white pepper
    2 tsp. paprika
Preparation
    Cover a baking sheet with wax paper and set aside.
    Remove the skin and scrape off any visible fat from the chicken pieces.
    In a large bowl, mix the flour, 1 tablespoon salt, black pepper and 2 teaspoons of the thyme.
    Set aside.
