Sea Bass Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 c. onion, diced
    1/2 c. carrot, chopped
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1 large tomato, chopped
    2 (8 oz.) bottles clam juice
    1 (14 oz.) can chicken broth
    1 lb. sea bass fillets or other firm, white fish
    basil, thyme and dill or seasonings of choice
    1 lemon, sliced thin
Preparation
    In olive oil, saute onion, carrot and garlic.
    When tender, add tomato.
    Saute briefly.
    Stir in clam juice and chicken broth; bring to simmer.
    Add sea bass fillets, basil, thyme and other seasonings as desired.
    Simmer until fish is done.
    Float lemon slices on top of each serving.
