Cabbage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburger meat
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
    1/2 c. chopped bell pepper
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 tsp. salt and pepper
    1 1/2 c. shredded cabbage
    1 c. uncooked rice
    1 c. cheese (Velveeta)
Preparation
    Brown meat, onions and celery.
    Drain off fat.
    Combine rice, soup, seasoning and cabbage in skillet with meat.
    Pour Ro-Tel tomatoes in blender, then add to meat mixture.
    Pour into casserole dish and cover.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until rice is tender or about 60 to 90 minutes.
