Empanadas(Meat Pies) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 lb. chopped onion
    2 hard-cooked eggs
    3 Tbsp. margarine
    2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. cumin
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    1/2 c. olives, chopped
    24 (4-inch diameter) pie dough rounds
    egg, beaten
Preparation
    Saute onion in margarine.
    When onion is transparent, add ground beef and cook until browned; drain.
    Mix together ground beef mixture with chopped hard-boiled eggs, chopped olives and spices.
    Cool.
    Put meat mixture on 1/2 of pie round and fold over.
    Crimp edges together.
    Brush beaten egg over crust.
    Bake in 450\u00b0 oven for 10 to 12 minutes or until golden brown.
    Serve hot or cold.
