Alabama Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 to 3 lb. chicken, boiled and cut into cubes
    3/4 stick oleo
    1 c. chopped bell pepper (red)
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 c. chopped onion
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1/2 tsp. salt
    5 oz. spinach noodles (green)
    1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
    1/2 c. green olives
    1/2 c. ripe olives
    1 can mushroom soup (undiluted)
    1 small can mushrooms
Preparation
    Saute oleo, bell pepper, celery, onion, pepper and salt. Boil spinach noodles
    in
    broth.
    Chop cheese, olives, soup and mushrooms.
    Mix all
    ingredients.
    Put into greased 9 x 13-inch dish.
    Cover top with crushed Cheese Nips or additional cheese. Bake for 45 minutes at 300\u00b0.
