Mississippi Mud Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
2 sticks butter
4 eggs
1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. cocoa
1 c. chopped pecans
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 small can coconut
miniature marshmallows
Preparation

Cream sugar and butter; add eggs and blend.
Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
Pour into greased and floured pan, 13 x 9-inch.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
When cake is done, immediately cover top of cake with miniature marshmallows (or 1 jar of Marshmallow Cream).
Do not remove from pan.
Pour icing over cake after it is cool.
