Sauerkraut Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) can Sauerkraut, drained
    1 c. Celery, diced
    3/4 c. Green Pepper
    1/2 c. White Onion, diced
    small can Pimentos, chopped or Red Peppers
    1 1/2 c. Sugar
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients in a non metal container.
    Refrigerate at least 4 hours.
    There will be liquid.
    Drain and use for salad dressing on other salads.
    This needs no dressing.
