Chicken Fricassee - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chicken fryer, cut up
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1 medium onion, sliced
    1 clove garlic, minced
    3 medium potatoes, peeled and sliced
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. thyme
    1 bay leaf
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    3/4 c. chicken broth
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. French-cut green beans, partially thawed
Preparation
    Coat chicken with flour.
    In skillet brown chicken in oil. Add onion, garlic, potatoes, pepper, salt, thyme and chicken broth.
    Bring to a boil.
    Reduce heat, cover and simmer 15 minutes.
    Add green beans and simmer an additional 10 minutes or until done.
