Mexican Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. self-rising cornmeal
    1 2/3 c. milk
    3 tsp. sugar
    3 eggs
    1 onion, chopped
    1 can creamed corn
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
    7 pods mildly hot peppers, chopped
    1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Mix together milk, eggs, sugar and oil.
    Slowly add cornmeal. Blend thoroughly.
    Add onion, corn, peppers and cheese.
    Bake in 9 x 13-inch greased cake pan at 425\u00b0 for 30 minutes (or until golden brown).
