Salmon Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) can salmon
    3 c. bread crumbs
    1/3 c. salmon liquid
    2 tsp. green pepper
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. milk
    1/4 c. margarine
    3 egg yolks
    3 egg whites, beaten
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. grated onion
Preparation
    Drain salmon and flake.
    Heat milk and add butter and bread. Mix well and let stand 5 minutes.
    Add salmon liquid.
    Beat until smooth.
    Add yolks, pepper, onion, lemon juice, green pepper and salmon.
    Fold in egg whites.
    Grease an 8 x 8-inch pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
