Chocolate Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. salad oil
    2 sq. unsweetened melted chocolate
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. shredded zucchini
    2 c. white flour
    1 c. whole wheat flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Beat eggs until lemon colored.
    Add sugar and salad oil; beat well.
    Stir in chocolate, vanilla and zucchini.
    Sift flours, salt, cinnamon and baking soda and add to above.
    Stir in nuts. Grease well two 9 x 5-inch loaf pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour, or until done (tester comes out clean).
