Summer Squash Casserole(Microwave) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. yellow summer squash
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 c. dairy sour cream
    1 c. shredded carrots (2 medium)
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. Stove Top (chicken flavor)
    1/2 c. margarine or butter
Preparation
    Place squash and onion in 3-quart casserole.
    Cook just until tender-crisp (5 minutes), covered.
    Drain.
    Combine soup and sour cream.
    Stir in carrots.
    Fold into drained squash and onion. Combine stuffing mix with butter or margarine.
    Spread 1/2 of stuffing in 7 x 11-inch baking dish.
    Spoon vegetable mixture over top.
    Sprinkle remaining stuffing over vegetables.
    Cook 7 to 10 minutes or until heated through.
