Porcupine Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. uncooked rice (not Minute rice)
1 small onion, minced
1 tsp. salt
1 can tomato soup
1 soup can water
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation

Combine meat, rice, onion and salt.
(May moisten with a small amount of water, if needed.)
Mix well and form into balls.
Place in a deep baking dish.
In same bowl used to mix meat mixture, combine tomato soup, water and Worcestershire sauce.
Pour over meatballs.
Cover.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Serve hot; pour tomato sauce over the meatballs.
