Cheese Ball - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 (8 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
1 c. pecans, chopped fine
1/2 c. green pepper, chopped fine
2 Tbsp. grated onion
1 Tbsp. seasoning salt
Preparation

Save at least 1/2 cup pecans to roll ball in. Mix all ingredients together and chill slightly. Shape into ball and roll in chopped pecans.
