Summer Sausage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. hamburger
    5 rounded Tbsp. Morton Quick salt
    2 1/2 tsp. black pepper
    2 1/2 tsp. mustard seed
    2 tsp. garlic salt
    1 tsp. hickory smoked salt or barbecue sauce (little)
Preparation
    Mix together.
    Cover and refrigerate.
    Mix 3 days.
    On the fifth day, form 6 rolls (not large in diameter).
    Lay rolls, side by side, on broiler pan.
    Bake for 8 hours at 140\u00b0, turning every 2 hours.
