Baked Squash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 1 1/2 lb. yellow squash
    2 eggs
    1 can cream of mushroom soup (undiluted)
Preparation
    Parboil squash with salt and pepper.
    Drain.
    Mash.
    Stir eggs into cream of mushroom soup and add to squash.
    Put in casserole, cover with cracker crumbs and dot with butter.
    Bake 40 to 45 minutes in moderate 350\u00b0 oven.
