Caraway Scones - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
1 1/2 Tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. caraway seeds
1/2 tsp. salt
3 Tbsp. margarine, chilled
2/3 c. milk
1 egg
Preparation

Mix dry ingredients together, add margarine and mix with hands until crumbled.
Add milk and egg then mix all together. Spray a baking pan with PAM.
Pat dough into an 8 inch circle on the baking sheet.
With a knife, score into eight wedges.
Bake at 350 degrees for about 15 minutes.
Remove from oven.
Cut into 8 pie shaped wedges on score lines.
