Zucchini Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. zucchini
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    1 1/2 Tbsp. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
    1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    dash of salt and nutmeg
    double crust
Preparation
    Slice zucchini and boil in water until tender; drain.
    Add next 5 ingredients.
    Put in double crust and bake at 400\u00b0 for 40 to 50 minutes.
