Mexican Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. cornmeal mix
    3/4 c. Wesson oil
    3/4 c. milk
    2 eggs
    1 1/2 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 (No. 2) can cream-style corn
    3/4 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 medium chopped onion
    1 1/2 oz. jalapeno pepper, chopped fine
Preparation
    Mix first 5 ingredients; stir in remaining ingredients.
    Bake in a greased pan about 40 minutes in a 450\u00b0 oven.
